All classes are housed on the site or app for you to do in your own time. They are programmed weekly for you to follow and check off as you go

4 Scheduled Workouts per week
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a great way to burn calories, build explosive strength and reach your fitness goals. It provides a brilliant cardio workout and all levels are catered for, including low/lower impact and pregnancy.
None required you just a workout space! A mat is optional
Core & Conditioning
Core strength is at the centre of every move your body makes. In this class we build strength to support all the other moves your body makes. We focus on your abdominals, pelvic floor, back and glutes.
Looped and/or long resistance bands. A mat is optional
A whole body workout sure to make you sweat! Circuit classes are not only great calories burners, they also help build lean muscle and ensure you continue to challenge your fitness and strength levels.
A set of dumbbells, resistance bands, or even tin cans, heavy books, a sack of potatoes in a back pack! A mat is optional
These vinyasa flow yoga classes will help stretch your muscles, ease out any aches and pains, build strength and clear your headspace for your day, or night, ahead! They are the perfect anecdote to a stressful life and the intensity of the other workouts. You do not need any experience to do them.
A yoga mat is advisable. Props such as blocks and strap(s) are optional
Over the 12 weeks you will complete 4 workouts per week, all with multi level options and second trimester suitable if pregnant:

from a Stirling Fit class?
Stirling Fit is all about getting your body moving, feeling energised and more positive about your life regardless of where you are starting from. The more fun you have, the more motivated you will be for the long term. You can count on three things:
Form & Technique
You'll learn lifelong skills in how to safely set up and execute moves in all classes. There are options given in every class for all fitness levels.
You and your goals are important to me! You will have access to a weekly Q&A session hosted in a private facebook group to help support you.
You can e-mail [email protected] with any specific needs or questions
You'll be able to access the classes from your desktop or the app for easy access wherever you are. It does not matter if you can't make the live classes, they will be uploaded once finished for you to do in your own time

Over the past 3 years my commitment and motivation for any form of exercise had vanished. Then faced with lockdown, I thought I’d try some on-line training, see if I could improve my fitness and that’s when I found Stirling Fit.
