What People Are Saying:

Absolutely amazing, So motivational and great knowing that if I followed the programme I would have a full body workout each week.

Loved it. Really enjoyed the workouts, the variety, the fact that you incorporate breath work into everything and the holistic approach. It's a bit like a hug in a workout form. The way that you guide us through everything emotional, mentally as well as physically has been a real key factor for me. It's made exercise more important than just looking how many calories I've burnt and is helping me on a journey to re-framing how I see and talk to myself, what I can get out of a workout and how that can help me on that day beyond the workout itself. Thank you Kate.

"I wanted to do some strength training, have always enjoyed HIIT, and wanted to see if she could change my mind about Yoga. She did! I'm incorporating it into my daily life now! After the programme I feel stronger, fitter and calmer. Kate's programme is suited to literally anyone as she offers many different options. And you will definitely come away feeling empowered."
