SCULPT AND TONE YOUR BODY IN JUST 12 WEEKS
Refresh and Renew focuses not on the physical but it also has an holistic approach with yoga, visualisations and guided meditations too to enhance the well-being experience

HIIT & CARDIO
30 minute workouts to elevate your heart rate, get energies, release mood boosting endorphins and burn lots of energy in a short amount of time. Low impact options available.

CIRCUITS
45 minute whole body strength building workouts and energy burning circuit class using to increase muscle tone and built physical strength. I use dumbbells but you can also use a kettlebell or barbell

YOGA
Connect back to your body through a vinyasa flow style of yoga. Gentle, nurturing and suitable for any-body regardless of your experience. Stretch out tightness, release stress and improve sleep

CORE & CONDITIONING
30 Minute Classes that focus on building deep core, glute and pelvic floor. These classes also help with posture and pelvic floor strength.

IN APP SUPPORT
Track your changes, follow lifestyle prompts and totally change your mindset about your body and lifestyle. Receive in app support whenever needed and celebrate your wins with the rest of the community!
NUTRITION COACHING
With goals in sight, learn how and what to eat to ensure you increase your energy, improve your strength, and build a lean and light body
ON GOING
SUPPORT
Receive ongoing support, encouragement and accountability through my in app community. I also have an active Facebook group for on the go trouble shooting and bonus content
I'm there to champion you every step of the way. Take part in weekly check ins so I can best create additional support for you
